1. Preparation before installation
(1) Check whether the accessories of the boiler dust collector equipment are complete, whether the main machine is damaged, and whether the connecting parts are safe and reliable. If there is any problem, contact the manufacturer to solve it before installation.

2. Formal installation
(1) The boiler dust remover is large and heavy, and should be placed on a flat and firm foundation. The equipment should contact the ground, and the ground should be hardened in advance.
(2) When installing the electrical control system of the boiler bag-type dust removal equipment, it is necessary to understand its basic working principle, and refer to the precautions in the operating instructions of the electrical control system when installing and debugging.
(3) The input end of the electromagnetic pulse valve of the boiler dust removal equipment is inserted into the metal pipe of the gas reservoir, and its output end is inserted into the spray pipe of the dust removal equipment. The two ends of the valve are equipped with rubber sealing rings and fixed nuts, so that the electromagnetic pulse valve can be reliably fixed and sealed.
(4) When installing the water separation filter pressure reducing valve of the boiler dust collector, the arrow direction of the water separation filter pressure reducing valve must be consistent with the flow direction of the compressed air, and the outlet pressure of the pressure reducing valve should be adjusted to 0.4~0.6MPa.

3. Commissioning after installation
After the installation of the boiler dust removal equipment, it is necessary to carry out commissioning.
