Vacuum hot water boiler is composed of combustion chamber, water pipe, negative pressure steam chamber, heat exchanger, heat medium water, etc.

When the vacuum hot water boiler is running, the heat medium water covers the ignition furnace and water pipe and is sealed inside the machine body. Because the pressure in the negative pressure steam chamber is kept under atmospheric pressure, when the heat medium water inside the chamber is heated by combustion, it immediately boils to produce steam with the same temperature as the heat medium water. During the rising process, the steam generated in the unit will contact the surface of the heat exchanger configured in the negative pressure steam chamber. As the water temperature in the heat exchanger is lower than the steam temperature, the steam will condense on the surface of the heat exchanger and release a lot of vaporization heat. The water in the heat exchanger will be heated, and the condensed water will return to the heat medium water under the strategic action. Therefore, the heat medium water continuously circulates in the closed machine body, "boiling → evaporation → condensation → heat medium water", and the water in the heat exchanger is heated and delivered to the user.
