After seeing the fire of the boiler, start to check the operation of the boiler's paver, mainly to check whether the induced draft fan, blower and feed pump are vibrating, whether the oil level of each paver is normal, whether the packing of the boiler's feed pump is leaking, and whether each unit is damaged (generally judged by sound)

Before the operation of the boiler, it is necessary to master the operating procedures for boiler laying, adjust the grate governor, first turn on the grate power supply, then turn on the governor control switch, and finally adjust the governor current to control the boiler grate speed.
We all know that the boiler feed water regulation is very important for the safe operation of the boiler. Therefore, the stoker should correctly operate the boiler feed water system. The boiler should keep the boiler feed water uniform and normal. Generally, it should be kept at the middle water level of the boiler water level gauge.
