1. Acceptance

After the expiration of the trial installation and transformation period, the application unit shall invite the appraisal and review organization to conduct the appraisal and review for the units that are in good repair and have no installation and transformation quality problems or serious liability accidents.
4. Review and issue certificate
The examination and approval authority shall review the appraisal results, and if it is confirmed that the appraisal results are qualified, the applicant shall issue a license according to law.
