Treatment methods for water shortage: 

(1) If the water level is only lower than the normal water level However, it can still be seen that the normal water level can be restored by strengthening the water feeding and flushing water level gauges. 

(2) Check the water supply, make-up and other systems for damage, leakage and other problems, and shut down the boiler for treatment in serious cases. 

(3) When the water level cannot be seen after the treatment of "water calling method" and flushing water level gauge, serious water shortage accident may occur, the boiler shall be shut down immediately, the flame shall be shut down rapidly, and the cause shall be found. At this time, the operator should keep sober and avoid confusion. It is strictly prohibited to feed water to the boiler to avoid serious boiler explosion accidents caused by rushing to replenish water after the boiler drum water is burned dry.
