Sifang Boiler adopts secondary air design. The main role of the secondary air is to disturb the airflow in the furnace and enhance mutual cooperation, so as to reduce the q3 and q4 heat loss without increasing the α. The use of the counter blowing of secondary air, can organize the vortex flow of flue gas, can extend the travel of fly ash in the furnace chamber, and can make part of the fly ash fall back to the grate, which is conducive to the elimination of smoke and dust, reduce the loss of fly ash. It can make the flue gas flow according to the required route, so as to achieve the purpose of extending the flue gas flow, improve the fullness of the airflow in the furnace, control the location of the center of combustion, prevent local slagging in the furnace. Air secondary air can also provide A part of oxygen to help its combustion.

Water tube boilers occupy a major position in modern boilers. Compared with shell boilers, their structure has completely different characteristics:

1. The furnace is placed outside the metal cylinder shell, usually in a brick structure. The "furnace" is not limited by the "pot", and its volume can be large or small, which can meet the requirements of combustion and increase evaporation;

2. Pipes that contain water vapor are placed in the furnace and flue as the main heating surface. The large core container for storing water and connecting pipes - the boiler drum - is generally not directly heated by flames, and the heat transfer performance and safety performance of the boiler are significantly improved;

3. The preheating, vaporization, and steam overheating of water are completed in different heating surfaces, which are called economizers, water-cooled walls, convection tube bundles, and superheaters respectively;

4. The internal system, combustion system, and auxiliary system of the pot are relatively complex, while the structure of individual pressure components and components is relatively simple;

5. High requirements for water quality and operational level. The overall structural types of water tube boilers include "D" type, "A" type, "O" type, and inverted "U" type.
