The heating renovation project of Anhui Yingjia Gongjiu selected the EPC general contracting solution of Sifang Boiler. It fully taps the resource potential of distiller’s grains, realizes on-site conversion of solid waste into fuel, and creates a new model of green heating for the brewing industry.
The project adopts a 70 t/h corner-tube chain grate biomass boiler manufactured by Sifang Boiler as the core equipment. The general contracting service covers the whole process from civil engineering design, equipment fabrication, transportation and installation to commissioning and acceptance. The one-stop delivery demonstrates the “Sifang strength” of integrated engineering.
With the boiler’s staged combustion technology, the project provides continuous and stable heating for liquor brewing with low-cost clean energy, featuring low NOₓ emission and high thermal efficiency. The recycling and resource utilization of distiller’s grains truly turns solid waste into valuable resources, setting a benchmark for low-carbon transition and high-quality development of the brewing industry.
