New Thermal Power Ignites Green Energy along Rivers and Sea: Two Sets of Sifang Biomass-fired Corner Tube Boilers Operate Efficiently in Nantong, Jiangsu

Jiangsu Sifang Boiler undertook the EPC contract for the corner tube biomass steam boiler project of an environmental new material technology company in Nantong. Two sets of 40t/h biomass-fired corner tube steam boilers are now in stable operation. The successful commissioning marks another high-standard demonstration delivery of Sifang Boiler in the field of biomass clean energy heating, and supplies stable thermal power for the green and low-carbon transformation of new material manufacturers.

As the core equipment of the project, the commissioned corner tube biomass steam boilers feature reliable corner tube structure, a design efficiency of over 87%, wide adaptability to various biomass fuels and low operating costs, realizing safe, stable and efficient steam supply. The whole project, covering technical proposal, engineering design, equipment fabrication, installation and commissioning, was implemented under overall planning, fully demonstrating Sifang Boiler’s comprehensive R&D & manufacturing strength for biomass boilers and integrated EPC service capacity.
