Glowing Boilers in Dongyang's Dawn, Smart Power for Dual-Carbon Goals: Sifang Biomass Boilers Achieve Long-Term High Efficiency And Eco-Friendly Performance

Nestled in the picturesque landscape of Dongyang in central Zhejiang, the region is forging a new chapter of high-quality development centered on the dual-carbon strategy. Special inspections conducted by the Zhejiang Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute on Sifang’s biomass boiler project in Dongyang confirm that both energy efficiency and environmental protection indicators exceed design standards. Since its official commissioning, the project’s solid operating data and outstanding practical performance have fully testified to the superior quality of Sifang boilers.

Selected by Dongyang Ziyang Thermal Energy Heating Company, the project adopts the DHL40-1.6-T biomass boiler independently developed and manufactured by Jiangsu Sifang Boiler. The boiler features a rated evaporation capacity of 40t/h, a rated pressure of 1.6MPa, a main steam temperature of 204℃ and a feed water temperature of 104℃, with bulk bamboo and wood biomass materials as its primary fuel. Boasting domestically leading core technologies, the equipment effectively consumes agricultural and forestry wastes to replace traditional fossil fuels.

Integrating outstanding energy-saving performance and ultra-low clean emissions, the boiler facilitates the optimization of local energy structures and the implementation of green and low-carbon development strategies.
