On June 24th, Zhao Kai, Executive Vice President of the China Circular Economy Association, visited Jiangsu Sifang Clean Energy Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sifang Clean Energy"), aiming to gain a deeper understanding of the development of clean energy equipment manufacturing enterprises and promote high-quality and sustainable development of the clean energy equipment manufacturing industry.


Zhao Kai and his delegation were warmly received by Duan Xuqiang, Chairman of Sifang Jieneng, and accompanied them on a field visit to the production workshop and technology research and development center of Sifang Jieneng Manufacturing Center. They gained a detailed understanding of the production process, technical characteristics, environmental performance, and market application of various clean energy equipment in the company.


Zhao Kai introduced the key work of the China Circular Economy Association and emphasized the important role of clean energy equipment manufacturing in promoting resource conservation, environmental protection, and achieving carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals. He pointed out that Sifang Jieneng's progressiveness in product design and manufacturing not only met the national strategic requirements for green and low-carbon development, but also set a good example for the industry. The association will continue to play a role as a bridge and link, providing full support to Sifang Clean Energy in policy coordination, technology promotion, project docking, and other aspects.


During the discussion, Ye Feng, General Manager of Sifang Jieneng, introduced that Sifang Jieneng is a green and environmentally friendly high-tech enterprise with A-level boiler, A2 level pressure vessel professional manufacturing qualifications, and American ASME S (boiler)&ASME U (pressure vessel) certification qualifications. Li Qiumei, Director of the Technical Center, provided a detailed explanation of the company's main technological and product innovations:


Water cooled fully premixed combustion technology: The NLSS series gas boilers of Sifang Jieneng adopt water cooled fully premixed combustion technology, which separates the combustion flame from the premixed gas through a unique water-cooled wall design, and uses boiler water to cool the flame and reduce the flame temperature. This technology achieves wide width adjustment, fundamentally solving safety hazards such as backfire and explosion in premixed combustion.


Integrated boiler design: The NLSS series gas boilers successfully developed and mass-produced by Sifang Jieneng truly achieve the integrated design of "boiler" and "furnace", saving gas costs and achieving ultra-low emission standards. This integrated design not only improves production efficiency, but also reduces installation costs and time.


Energy saving and environmental performance: Sifang Clean Energy's gas boilers perform outstandingly in terms of energy saving and environmental protection. For example, its NLSS series boilers can save about 3m ³/h of natural gas per ton of steam by optimizing the combustion process, with significant energy-saving effects. Meanwhile, the NOx emissions from the boiler are extremely low, meeting strict environmental requirements.


Compact structural design: The gas boiler of Sifang Jieneng adopts a compact structural design. For example, the SZS type combustion (oil) gas boiler adopts a double drum vertical arrangement, with a compact overall structure, small footprint, short installation time, and low installation cost. This design not only saves space, but also improves the convenience of installation and maintenance.


Efficient heat transfer and energy-saving technology: Sifang Clean Energy's gas boilers are equipped with efficient heat exchangers and energy-saving devices, such as energy-saving devices and condensers with spiral finned tube structures, which have high heat transfer efficiency, small footprint, and enhanced equipment corrosion resistance. These designs help further reduce operating costs.


Automation and intelligent control: The gas boiler of Sifang Jieneng has a high degree of automation and can achieve a wide range of load adjustment, such as 20% -110% load adjustment during frequency conversion. This intelligent control not only improves operational efficiency, but also reduces the labor intensity of operators.


Solid fuel boilers are the core technology products of Sifang.
