The Research Team From The Xuzhou Municipal Human Resources And Social Security Bureau Conducted A Research Visit To Sifang Boiler

On May 12th, Lu Feng, Director of the Municipal Human Resources and Public Employment Management Center, led a team to conduct a visit and investigation at Sifang Boiler, to gain a firsthand understanding of the company's production and operation, talent introduction and cultivation, as well as daily employment situation. At the subsequent symposium, Chairman Duan Xuqiang briefly introduced the operational and development status of the group's boiler and agricultural insurance centers. Director Lu Feng fully affirmed the development achievements of Sifang Group in recent years. In response to the actual needs of enterprise development, the research team on-site matched human resources and social security policies to benefit enterprises, accurately identified labor difficulties faced by enterprises, and proposed targeted assistance measures.
