At the foot of Sichuan-Tibet mountains stretches an expanse of bamboo forest. Jiangsu Sifang has partnered with Sichuan Jiancen Bamboo Fiber Technology to deliver a 15t/h corner tube biomass steam boiler EPC project for the Bamboo Replacing Plastic Industrial Park in Tianquan County.
Sifang provides one-stop full-cycle technical services, including system design, equipment manufacturing, transportation & installation, commissioning, acceptance and performance testing. Adopting vertical furnace corner tube structure and reciprocating grate at the bottom, the boiler enables sufficient combustion of fuel from top to bottom. With segmented air supply via independent air chambers, staged low-nitrogen combustion is realized to boost thermal efficiency. The design eliminates boiler shutdown for ash cleaning, ensuring stable steam supply for the industrial park all year round.
