On May , in the 8the morning of 301conference room of the comprehensive building of Jiangsu Sifang Boiler R&D Center, Professor Zhao Qinxin from Xi'an Jiaotong University, Professor Ma Zengcheng from Zhejiang University and other 5experts, professors and senior engineers from well-known universities, research institutes and large power generation enterprises. The project appraisal and acceptance team conducted appraisal and acceptance on the scientific and technological project of Jiangsu Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision - ""Atmospheric Pressure Circulating Fluidized Bed Gasifier + Gas Boiler" System Construction and Safety Monitoring Technology Research".Jiangsu Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, Jiangsu Provincial Special Equipment Testing Institute, Lianyungang Branch, and relevant leaders of Jiangsu Sifang Boiler and the main person in charge of the project team participated in the appraisal and acceptance.
According to the procedures, the appraisal and acceptance expert group has successively listened to the project report, consulted the acceptance data, and answered the main questions, as well as the on-site observation and monitoring of the project products.Participants in the project appraisal and acceptance meeting also visited the production site of Jiangsu Sifang boiler products, and spoke highly of the company's development speed and quality, research and development capabilities, equipment level and comprehensive management in recent years.
In 1January 2016 , ""Atmospheric Pressure Circulating Fluidized Bed Gasifier + Gas Boiler" System Construction and Safety Monitoring Technology Research" was initiated by the Lianyungang Branch of Jiangsu Special Equipment Safety Supervision and Inspection Research Institute, and constructed "Atmospheric pressure Circulating fluidized bed gasifier + gas boiler" system; designed by the branch, manufactured, installed, and independently commissioned and operated a fluidized bed gasifier in cooperation with Jiangsu Sifang Boiler, with a running time of ≥72 hours.After testing, the calorific value of gas was 1153kcal/Nm 3, which was a complete success.The load adjustment range is 50% to 100% .The comprehensive utilization rate of coal is >90% .The important detectable indicators of the safe operation of the atmospheric pressure circulating fluidized bed gasifier with the boiler as the service object are analyzed and accumulated.The project constructed a safety monitoring scheme for atmospheric pressure circulating fluidized bed gasifier.
