A few days ago, the June 2017 issue of China International Finance and Economics, an international publication sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce and distributed at home and abroad, published a paper written by Jiang Hong, Deputy General Manager and Chief Financial Officer of our company - "Sustainable Development of Enterprise Cost Management System" Construction".
This paper mainly analyzes the construction of sustainable enterprise cost management system.Combining with the shortcomings of the sustainable development of modern enterprises in the cost management system as the main basis, to update the concept of cost management, comprehensively expand the scope of cost management and deeply improve cost management methods, establish and continuously improve the modern enterprise cost management system, strengthen the cost management system. In-depth exploration and research are carried out on the four aspects of the system management of the cost of each link of the enterprise operation. The main purpose is to enhance the construction quality of the enterprise cost management system and ensure the sustainable development of the enterprise.
